Just a Dork bored of Work!

Sometimes I feel sitting in ur cube and starring at ur dumb comp endlessly is probably the most dumbest thing I do in my life..Of course I do something meaningful in a day otherwise I wudnt get paid by my employer..

But seriously isn't thr a better way of working? Why are we bound in our own cubes and confined between walls? Why we need to be at our desk starring at comps? Why do bosses want ppl to do this starring business even when thr is no significant task to work on..

I am all for thinking, talking new ideas, solutions, treading along new paths, taking calculated risks etc., but when it comes to sitting and developing it on a comp, implementing it, fixing it, testing it etc, etc., damn! I suck bigtime...

Seriously this is how I think my work life shud be..no stipulated timings at work..in fact I wud go 1 step ahead and ban myself from going to office..why we need to be at office? Technology is so advanced we don't need to go to office to do our work..if ur work disagrees with this, then surely I hate that work no doubt abt it..

Sit relaxed nice and cozy in a beach or a lush green park with a drink in my hand enjoying nature discussing with colleagues who like this working atmos on a business problem and brainstorming as many ideas on a solution listing it out on a mobile notes app and striking it out for feasibility of implementing it for cost effectiveness..finally arriving at a solution and communicating it to stakeholders using mobile..pack bags and change location cos u don't want to get bored with tat too ;)

At this moment just wondering when this wud be a reality while I am still gazing at my comp in my cube...
