Degree of Adhocness?

Degree of Adhocness is a defined as the extent to which you spend your precious time in a day doing time and again requests from ur boss and ur subordinates and at the end of ur day wonder how u lost ur precious time without doing ur primary tasks for the day.

It is directly proportional to the ratio of no of user created doc icons in ur desktop / total no of icons on ur desktop..if the ratio is higher close to or equal to 1, damn ur degree of adhocness is so high that u need to be an insomniac to cover up for ur primary task for the day..

It can also be related to the no of slippage days u have taken to complete one of ur main task on one of ur work days (of course thr is an avalanche effect)..proportion being Direct in this case as well...

However, it is inversely proportional to the frequency of rejection replies given to friendly invites of work breaks from others..

I will explore more as and when I think over it...
