Life at US - A comparison with Indian Life

Really calm and silent life in US. Here ppl tend to be very quiet and silent. I hardly seen my neighbour living next to my house. Such is the life here at US.

There is a sense of urgency in ppl wherever u see. They seem to be living in their own life and just being a part of social life. Strange for ppl like me who had lived right from my childhood. Everything looks strange to me.

But there is a strong lesson that everyone has to learn from US citizens. The tendency of ppl here to live their life in their own way not caring about anybody. PPl here live for themselves whereas ppl in India live in a society and they are cautious about the society in whatever they do, ofcourse I meant ppl who are considered as respected individuals.

Amercians do their work themselves they don't depend on others which is not the case with we indians. Really we depend on others be it our loved ones or strangers. It all started from our childhood when our mom used to do all the things for us. We were dependent on our mom at childhood stage and then for the rest of our life on our beloved ones.

So there is a lesson to be learnt from US culture. We should try to appreciate the differences between US and Indian culture. Some of the above mentioned points are really good ones in US culture and we should be in a position to appreciate and imbibe it to our culture.
